1. What is Document Professional software?

Document Professional software is a Web Based software solution for facilitating data entry, team participation and reporting of Quality Management activities.

2. Why should I use Document Professional software?
Document Professional software can integrate all of your document management needs across your entire enterprise and manage your documents on–line any time from anywhere in the world. Besides that it can manage all controlled and uncontrolled documents, produce reports and graphs through our powerful query feature.

3. What is the computer hardware/software requirement to use Document Professional software?
For hardware requirement, you will need at least a 800 MHz CPU with 256mb ram, 2gb of disk space and above. For software platform requirement is Microsoft Windows XP.

4. What does a Document Professional license cost?
Please see the Buy page for single and multiple license discounts as well as how to purchase a license. Licenses are sold per pc.

5. Where can I purchase a Document Professional license?
You can purchase Document Professional licenses through any payment contractor we use from our Buy page.

6. During Document Professional installation, it is prompting for Internet Information Services (IIS).
Document Professional requires Internet Information Services (IIS) to be installed in order for the installation.

7. Do I need to install Document Professional on a server?
Yes, if it is more than 1 user.

8. Can I backup my database?
Yes, since the database is MySql, it can be easily backup.

9. Does Document Professional work in any other languages besides English?
Currently Document Professional is only available in the English version.

10. I need training and installation help, where can I get it?

5. We need simple, user-friendly software that is powerful yet easy to use.
KONTROL PLUS CRM was designed to include all requirements a sales and customer service environment would need. 10. How is training delivered to the sales team?
Every customer is provided with a complete set of KONTROL PLUS CRM interactive training materials both soft and hard copies. In addition, we also ensure our sales and support staff are available 24 hours. The tutorials are also found in the HELP Module . We will be ready to help if there is a request for on-site training, which the cost is minimal.

11. Would KONTROL PLUS CRM meet our business requirements?
KONTROL PLUS CRM is developed to meet small, medium and large business needs. However, it can be further customized specific to meet any business environment. If you have a specific requirement, we at Banasoft would be able to customise and deliver as per your request.
